He is major in Corporate Governance and Enterprises Group Management, Network Organization and Project Management.

Zhang Jincheng Professor and Ph.D supervisor of Institute of Modern Management. He is major in International Comparative Research on Operation Management, Corporate Strategy Management, and Service Management.

Bai Changhong Associate Professor and Vice Director of Institute of Modern Management, and Vice editor of Nankai Business Review. He is major in Marketing Management, Service Management, Management Innovation, and Business Consulting.

Wu Lidong He is a Assistant of Institute of Modern Management, and doctorial student of Business Administration. He is major in Corporate Governance and Enterprises Group Management.

Zhou Jian Professor of Management at Nankai University in the People's Republic of China, received his Ph.D. Degree in Management from School of Business of Nanjing University, and finished his postdoctoral program at School of International Business of Nankai University in P. R. China. He published about a dozen of academic papers and articles in the field of strategic management in economic management periodicals in China as well as proceedings of international conferences held on the Mainland China and Taiwan. He is a member of Academy of Management (AOM) and Asian Academy of Management (AAOM), and now working as reviewer at AOM-BPS and OTM Divisions for international conferences. He has chaired more than ten research projects granted by organizations at hierarchical levels of university, municipality, ministry of education and national foundations of social sciences and natural sciences of China. Currently, Dr. Zhou is chiefly concerned with inter-organizational strategies and corporate governance in the context of the New Economy, and serves as the Assistant to Editor-in-Chief of Nankai Business Review, a premier academic journal exclusively devoted to business management in China. Li Ya  Associate Professor of Management at Nankai University in the People's Republic of China, received his Ph.D. Degree in Economics from School of Economics of Nankai University, and finished his postdoctoral program at School of International Business of Nankai University in P. R. China. He published about a dozen of academic papers and articles in the field of non-government enterprise management in economic management periodicals in China as well as proceedings of international conferences held on the Mainland China. He has translated several foreign books, including <Perfect Matching><Exit Strategy><New Consumer Marketing><Information Marketing><Organizational Dynamics>etc.. Zhang Guoping is a PhD in Management, and Post-Doctoral Fellowship in psychology;associate professor, and senior statistician at Business School and Research Center of Corporate Governance, Nankai University, Tianjin 300071, P.R. China; secretary-general of CACG (Chinese Association of Corporate Governace); executive director and deputy secretary-general of Tianjin Brand Academy; member of international management associations such as IACMR, AOM, AIB, CWE; and member of Chinese Young Entrepreneurs Association. She once served as senior managers in the construction, real estate and textile industries; and anonymous expert reviewer of journals such as Economic Research and Nankai Management Review. Her current research interest includes corporate governance and strategic management, system evaluation (rating) and economic statistics, motivation of top management and decision making (top management governance), and managerial (or governance) psychology.
