Professor of Management at Nankai University in the People's Republic of China, received his Ph.D. Degree in Management from School of Business of Nanjing University, and finished his postdoctoral program at School of International Business of Nankai University in P. R. China. He published about a dozen of academic papers and articles in the field of strategic management in economic management periodicals in China as well as proceedings of international conferences held on the Mainland China and Taiwan. He is a member of Academy of Management (AOM) and Asian Academy of Management (AAOM), and now working as reviewer at AOM-BPS and OTM Divisions for international conferences. He has chaired more than ten research projects granted by organizations at hierarchical levels of university, municipality, ministry of education and national foundations of social sciences and natural sciences of China. Currently, Dr. Zhou is chiefly concerned with inter-organizational strategies and corporate governance in the context of the New Economy, and serves as the Assistant to Editor-in-Chief of Nankai Business Review, a premier academic journal exclusively devoted to business management in China.
